Create a personal or team page title:

This enhancement was originally a great idea from our clients, so we built it into our system! You can now allow event registrants to modify the "Sponsor <Name>" field on their personal and team pages.

For instance, this enhancement allows individuals to title their page: “The Jones Family” rather than “Sponsor RegistrantFirstName RegistrantLastName”.

The flexibility of editing the “Sponsor <Name>” field means your participants can title their pages “Jenny and Melanie’s Page” or “Our Team Supports This Cause” -- The creativity is up to your event registrants!

Enable this feature for new and existing events under ‘Event Settings’.

Enhanced Facebook/Twitter/Social Media strategy:

Let your donors tell the world how much they love your cause. Help them share your links on their social networks!

Our popular “share this page” widget was a big hit with our online events. Now we’ve added the widget to your direct donation pages. Click the widgets tab on your direct donation forms to add “Share on Facebook/Twitter” to your donation form and the “thank you for your donation” page.

The “thank you” page is a great place to put a “share this page” call to action. Let your donors tell their networks that they just supported you with a gift online.

Address Verification (AVS):

Love clean data? So do we! We partnered with QAS, a leading provider of address verification software and services, to add this option for our clients.

Clients with a QAS Pro Web account can now verify addresses/zip codes/postal codes for registrants and/or donors in our system. We have data sets for countries in North America, Europe, UK and Pacific regions.

Your users perform their own address validation before submitting their details to the Artez System. If a user provides an incomplete or incorrect address, QAS will help guide the user and suggest alternative addresses. If enabled, this validation will occur on any page where users are prompted to enter an address.

QAS is added to the Artez Solution in the same way that a gateway or PayPal account is added. Once signing up for a QAS Pro Web account, add your account details into our Configuration area and decide on which events or forms you’d like to add Address Verification. Partial Tax Receipt Template:

Now you can correctly split-receipt items in the purchase template that are partially tax-receiptable (gala tickets, for instance!) This template was developed to comply with CRA regulations.

Two new fields can apply to items you’ve designated as split-receiptable in the purchase template: “Total amount of cash received by charity” & “Value of advantage”.

NZD Currency:

New Report - Voided Tax Receipts:

Voided tax receipts! Need a list of the numbers? Check the Reports tab for a downloadable file of voided receipts for your date range. Your financial departments have asked for this report, and we thought it was a fabulous idea.

Modification to Snapshot report:

Snapshot will now download in a .zip file and your file will be temporarily hosted on the Reports tab. This will make it easier for you to access & re-access your larger snapshot files.

Bigger, Better, More Awesome Scoreboards:

You're running big events and your participants want to get on that scoreboard! We've increased the number of individuals and teams listed on our scoreboards to 100. If you have more than 20, you can enable the "Show more" / "Show less" toggle to keep your pages neat & tidy.
